Conversation on preserving Christians in the Middle East at the event of Anglosphere Society and the Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom in New York.

Hungary’s Tristan Azbej Deputy State Secretary for the Aid of Persecuted Christians presented the measures the Hungarian Government has taken protecting and supporting these communities in the Middle East and Africa.

‘Applying the term genocide is, unfortunately, not an exaggeration for what has taken place in the Middle East over the last couple of years said the Tristan Azbej.

He emphasized that Hungary was committed to standing up for persecuted Christians and to advocating for their right to remain in or return to their homelands.
